AI wellness coaching — for the days between doctor visits
Most of living with a health condition isn't the doctor visit. It's the morning glucose number, the cholesterol question, the perimenopause symptom that doesn't fit a 12-minute GP slot, the 3am wake-up that won't resolve. DrKumar.ai is the AI doctor that fills that gap — with the context of your actual lab reports, with honest safety guardrails, and explicitly without pretending to replace the clinicians who manage your care.

AI Diabetes Coach
Diabetes Coach
Living with diabetes is mostly the days between doctor visits — the meal you're not sure about, the morning glucose number that's higher than yesterday, the question that's not urgent enough to call your endocrinologist. DrKumar.ai is the AI doctor that fills that gap, with the context of every lab report you've ever uploaded.

AI Heart Health Coach
Heart Health Coach
Cardiovascular disease is still the leading cause of death globally, and the prevention story is well-understood — but it requires consistency over decades. DrKumar.ai's heart-health coach is the always-on second opinion that reads your lipid panel, knows your family history, and helps you make the small decisions between annual physicals that compound over time.

AI Mental Health Companion
Mental Health Support
DrKumar.ai's mental-health support is a self-care companion, not a therapist. It can help you track mood patterns, talk through stress-management techniques, understand how sleep and exercise affect your mental health, and prepare for conversations with a real therapist — but for therapy itself, crisis support, or medication decisions, a human clinician is the right answer.

AI Women's Health Coach
Women's Health
Women's health is the most under-served area of mainstream medicine. The questions that don't fit a 12-minute GP slot — cycle irregularity, PCOS workup, perimenopause symptoms, fertility planning — are exactly the questions DrKumar.ai's women's health coach is built for, with the context of your actual hormone panels.

AI Sleep Coach
Sleep Coach
Bad sleep is upstream of almost every other health complaint — fatigue, weight gain, blood-sugar dysregulation, mood. DrKumar.ai's sleep coach helps you separate the sleep problems lifestyle can fix from the ones that need a sleep study, with the context of your labs and (if you upload it) your wearable data.

AI Weight Loss Coach
Weight Coach
Most weight-loss advice on the internet is either selling something or pretending willpower is a strategy. DrKumar.ai's weight coach gives you the actual evidence base — what works, what doesn't, what timeframes are realistic, when GLP-1 medication is the right conversation to have — with the context of your labs and your medical history.

AI Ayurveda Consultation
Ayurveda Coach
Most Ayurveda apps either treat the tradition as decoration or pretend modern medicine doesn't exist. DrKumar.ai's Ayurveda coach does neither. It offers genuine BAMS-perspective guidance on dosha-aware lifestyle and herbs, alongside the Western lab analysis — and explicitly flags any herb-drug interactions with medications you've told us you take.

The principle
AI is the always-on second opinion between doctor visits. Not the doctor. Not a replacement. The thing that helps you arrive at appointments informed and act between them with confidence.

How safety works
Every wellness coach has explicit guardrails — the AI knows what it's for and, more importantly, what it isn't. Three rules apply universally:
Emergency override
Chest pain, suspected stroke, severe bleeding, anaphylaxis, suicidal ideation — these stop the coaching conversation immediately and surface emergency-services direction. The AI doesn't try to handle them.
No diagnosis, no prescription
The AI never diagnoses conditions or recommends specific medications. It can explain what a condition is, what tests confirm it, and what your clinician will likely discuss — but the diagnosis and the prescription are theirs.
Topic-specific guardrails
Mental-health, women's-health, and weight-management coaches each have additional area-specific limits (crisis routing for mental health, OB-GYN deferral for pregnancy, eating-disorder service routing for weight). Each guide spells these out explicitly.
Pick a coach
The doctor visit is short. Everything in between, you don't have to do alone.
Free, private, with the context of your actual labs. Start with any topic — the AI routes to the right coach as the conversation unfolds.
